The CURT E-Series 5th wheel trailer hitch is an economical choice that offers many of the same features found in our Q-Series 5th wheel hitches. It comes with a dual-pivoting head, 10 degrees of lateral movement and an anti-rattle skid plate to provide a smoother, quieter ride. The E-Series also comes with easy, single-handle operation and a durable carbide powder coat for long-lasting protection against the elements. With four height adjustment settings, the E-Series is quick and simple to install, and it is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This 5th wheel hitch comes with a set of standard 5th wheel legs that are ready to mount into your truck bed with a pair 5th wheel rails and brackets (base rails and brackets sold separately). Our 5th wheel sliders mount easily onto a set of 5th wheel rails or a gooseneck adapter already installed in the bed of your pickup truck. CURT 5th wheel sliders are built with a solid design to eliminate chucking in the towing position and promote smooth rolling from forward to rearward positions, with no binding. With the slider installed, you can safely move the coupling point 12" toward the rear, allowing your short-bed truck to make turns without obstruction. CURT 5th wheel sliders are also true rolling units, meaning they actually roll on wheels that bear the weight of the trailer rather than simply sliding on hollow rods as seen in competitive models. The slider is comfortable and easy to operate, featuring a lift-style lever that is easily accessible over the side of the truck wall. Best of all, the slider automatically latches into place in both directions, meaning you only have to get out of the truck once to complete the operation.
